Please read all the terms below carefully before using this platform — your account, transactions, and betting activity are governed by these rules.
Introduction & General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the 999gd platform and all its associated services. By registering on the platform or using the services in any way, you are considered to have legally agreed to these Terms.
999gd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be published on this page.
Section 1 — Account Registration & Management
1.1 Eligibility to Register
To open an account at 999gd, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a real individual and register under your own name.
- Only one account per person is permitted; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You must ensure that all information provided is completely accurate, up to date, and not misleading.
1.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the 999gd support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity conducted through the account.
1.3 Verification
999gd may request documents for identity verification at any time. The right to suspend or close an account is reserved if the required information is not provided.
1.4 Closing an Account
Users may request to close their account at any time through the support channels. Any valid pending deposits and winnings at the time of closure will be returned through the normal process. However, bonus balances may be forfeited in cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms.
Section 2 — Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at 999gd: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits must be sent only from the account holder's own payment account — deposits from third parties are not accepted.
2.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are always sent to the same method used for the deposit. Processing time may be longer if additional verification is required.

2.3 Suspicious Transactions
999gd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if money laundering or fraud is suspected. Additional verification procedures will be followed in such cases.
Section 3 — Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
999gd offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳17,000.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Before a bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (on the bonus amount only — not the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for wagering.
- 999gd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If abuse of bonus rules is suspected, the account and bonus may be cancelled.
- Multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address are ineligible for bonuses.
3.4 VIP Program
Regular players may join the 999gd VIP Program, which has three tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
Progression to a higher tier is based on sustained regular activity. Detailed terms for VIP benefits will be communicated separately.
Section 4 — Betting Rules
4.1 Validity of a Bet
A bet is considered final only when it has been successfully confirmed and recorded in the system. If a bet is cancelled or duplicated due to a technical issue, the record held in the 999gd system will be considered definitive.
4.2 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Event outcomes will be settled based on the official results announced by the relevant authority. If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with applicable rules.
4.3 Casino Games
The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game rules and payout structures are displayed transparently within the game interface.
4.4 Bet Cancellation
A bet that has been accepted generally cannot be cancelled. However, 999gd reserves the right to unilaterally cancel a bet due to a technical error or data inaccuracy.
4.5 Fraudulent Activity
Arbitrage betting, use of bots, software-assisted manipulation, or any form of fraudulent strategy is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and winnings will be forfeited.

999gd will not be held liable for any disruption to services caused by natural disasters, government intervention, cyberattacks, or any other circumstances beyond 999gd's control.
